Ha. You can sacrifice the creature or otherwise get it back into the graveyard to use another copy of this spell on it again. This card's effect is what unearth should have been: exile the card you res only if you didn't use it to its fullest. Still I can understand why only Phyrexia could have thought of using all of its resources and being rewarded for it... Is that sword from Bant?

Flavorful. But pretty bad. The point of reanimation is to get huge expensive creatures from your gy to play for cheap. This doesn't work if I have to pay as much mana as the creature costs anyway. In addition to life or more mana.
I'm sure quite a number of people will assume they can pay X with life with this card.

Because your Day of Judgment is not enough to stop my Phyrexian Obliterator from peeling your face off : )

Rules question: Postmortem Lunge used with blistergrub. Does blistergrub hit the graveyard before its exiled? What is "the next end step" ?

Quick question. If I have mirrorworks on the battlefield and i use postmortem lunge to bring back a creature to the battlefield(as card says), can I make a copy with mirrorworks? Does the copy get exiled along with the creature that was brought back with postmortem lunge? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
