I hate this card with a passion. In EDH it's ": Add one mana of any color to your mana pool" with no drawback. In every other format, it's completely useless. This is NOT the way to create a well-designed card.
It should be banned in EDH. Then the formats it was designed to be useless in would be the only ones it's allowed to be used in. That would be the perfect poetic justice.

You realize that the only difference between this common and the mythic commanders (valuewise) is that this should sell for way more. They printed just as many of them, and they go in every commander deck.

There needs to be a "Deckbuilder's Toolkit: Commander Edition" which has four of these, a smattering of utility myrs, decent two and three color creatures, cycling lands, common fetchlands, and three random boosters from different either standard or extended-legal expansions.

so. . . basically mana of any color (only playable in edh)? If any effect adds a color of mana that your general does not have it is colorless instead. And all cards in your deck have to be those colors.

This card is awsome in EDH for many reasons already listed, but whats funny is it's legal in legacy, vintage, and all the other nameless formats, with absolutly no use for it at all, it almost makes me want to put one in my legacy deck just for the strange looks my opponet will give me. all that asside deffenently 5/5 for me.

Who gives this less than 5/5? In EDH, this is the best land. Period. The best land.
