Very interesting Card, you just have to cheat high cc creatures into play and sac'em for profit:
Dross Golem gives you 5 Mana round 3
Cathodion gives you 6 Mana
Unearth and Evoke works also pretty well

Evoke creatures are great with this I noticed:
Evoke Shriekmaw for 2 mana
Burnt Offering the Shriekmaw to get 5 mana
You spent {1}{B}{B} on a terror + cabal ritual (with threshold)
This might be just the thing I need to efficiently get Rakdos or Malfegor.. or any other awesome demon.
Also, not a bad way to utilize a temporary necromancy creature (say from Apprentice Necromancer or similar) into a permanent creature.
Also, great with Priest of Gix (get 5 mana out of 3)

players take note: T1 Swamp, ritzy, Putrid Imp, toss pathraser, reanimate pathraser, burnt offering then cast artisan to bring back pathraser!! voila! 3 creatures, 2 eldrazi that kick ass, T1 and 9 life to go!! GGGGGGGGG!

@Lord_of_Tresserhorn - I'm just glad that someone else knows Iced Earth. A huge percentage of the people here don't even know that they exist (along with Manowar, but that's neither here nor there).
