I love the art. Brom is one of my favorite artists. 5/5, though ovverrated almost as much as this is overcosted.

Amazing with hellbent/madness but also amazing for his ability to make opponents cry if played right :)

people also have to remember Prophecy had mostly weak and terrible cards. This was one of the better ones, besides Rhysitc Study and the Avatars

He's one letter away from what he really does to minds....... in particular Rayne's, I guess.

Considering that Mind Twist is probably the best discard ability of all time, 5 mana for a 3/3 that can cast Mind Twist is hardly overcosted.

Few people recover from a big Mind Twist, so in some sense there's no need for repeated MT. Being instant discard is it's biggest pro, at the cost of two cards, a tap, and mana paid, all on a bolt-range creature. In multi-player game though, being able to MT more than one person is evil.

The premier Madness general, being the only black legend with discarding of any card as part of a cost. Not to mention the whole "instant speed repeatable discard" thing, which can get irritating very fast.
