Lightning Greaves are pure power in any deck.... 5 out of 5 stars...
Play with 2 of these in almost any deck if you have not tried these yet.. You will fall in love, using everything from creatures with tap abilities like Royal Assassin to an all out assault with Baneslayer Angel.
The artwork is fantastic, very powerful looking... I have 8 copies and want more.. These really do fit into almost any deck.

This is amazing with mana generation on creatures (birds, llanowar elves, myrs) because then after you use the mana from the hasty birds and elves to cast say, a fire titan, you put this on it and swing for 9, 6 in the face.

Question... Let's say that I have several creatures in play, and one of them is equiped with Lightning Greaves. During my turn my opponent casts an instant targeting one of the creatures not equiped with Lightning Greaves. Can I move the Greaves to the targeted creature thus nullifying their casted instant?

question... since creatures are spells, and in order to block you have to 'target' an attacker, does this mean that you are, for the most part, unblockable?

If i only have the lightning greaves out and play a creature, can my opponent target the creature and kill it before i can equip the greaves for protection? Do they get like one shot possibly to kill the creature with an instant before

Even at zero to equip, it is not automatic. Do you give your newest creature haste? Or do you continue to protect your best creature? Will you need to target that creature during combat? Do you equip it to your only creature, knowing that you won't be able to move it until you get another one? Powerful, but not broken.
