I don't know...but I really don't get this Dragon :/
First, do we know what the pattern is for the Timeshifts? I.E., all the Time Spiral Dragons were based on Invasion Dragons. Treva is the "White-based" Dragon from the original cycle, Oros is her counterpart.
I supposed as a "Messed Up World" version of Rith, this SORTA makes sense?
Unfortunately, the flavor all other 9 Dragons in the Mega Cycle is so strong and great, and the mechanics are so well tied together for uniting all 3 different colors, that overall this feels at best like a Blue-Green, not a Blue-Green-Black Dragon :/
If it had the ability read: "2B: Destroy target creature. Put X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is that creature's power" it would have been fantastic and felt like a combination of Simic and Sengir Vampire.
I'm just saying- where, if anywhere, is the Black in this? In fact where's the Blue even? (Flying doesn't count for a 3-colored Dragon, even the non-Blue ones get it.)

It annoys me that everyone complains about this guy . So what if he doesnt affect the board with his ability, he comes in colours that are optimal for affecting it... i don't have to say what blue black and green do together. The 3 best colours for card advantage, they practically give you answers for anything. Problem permanents and spells alike, furthermore, all one has to do to make this guy effective as a general is protect him. He's a darksteel plate and a lightning greaves away from being an irremovable threat. Besides that, he's a brilliant voltron commander without having to put voltron cards into the deck, and there's tons of thing you can do to his ability. +1/+1 counters from spike themes, graft, devour, evolve, sage of fables, bramblewood paragon, oona's blackguard and tons more. I've decided this will be my 3 colour general.

Ehh.. it's an okay card but when you compare it to the two other commanders you got in the same box (Damia, Sage of Stone and The Mimeoplasm), it looks pathetically weak.

Dropping cards like this, same concept as my Stormtide Leviathan , paints a big red target on your forehead since no one wants to be the poor whelp who has to face down a 12/12 that will only get bigger.
