A counterspell that counters only 1/6th of the counterable spells, while also showing up in a block where the most powerful spells are usually counterspell-proof. So it's come to this, Blue mages.

Novice like me will encounter counter & counter-counters, among things other than counters, like removal spell and fun guy dudes. Believe me friend, I trol ... I mean I know!

How does this card have a rating of less than 3.0?
