interestingly this is pretty vintage-playable

Why going all the way to old Ravnica for 10 CMC Storm Herd, when we have this cute 3 CMC planeswalker in Standard whose ultimate i would gladly let out when facing him with Rakdos Charm in hand.

@NextSureThing: Not quite as cute as Storm Herd.

Not bad having graveyard & artifact hate on a single card.
It's like being able to cheat by using a 16 card sideboard.

Three specific powerfull abilities against specific decks (GY interactions, artifacts and tokens).
This might become a sideboard staple.

Because Modern Jund decks needed a win condition when their Deceiver Exarch-playing opponent attacks with billions of creatures.
Also, I don't mind the first ability being on Jund Charm because this seems good enough to replace some copies of it, meaning you get the first ability for {G} less.

what happens if during 3rd game of a round you use this cards 3rd ability and kill both players? Do you start a 4th game or is it a draw or what?

Wow, this card is epic in EDH: Hoses graveyard abusers, token producers, and also kills that pesky artifact out there.
epic versatility.
