I one got a guy with this just after he dropped Primal Surge for around twenty four creatures. He was not happy.

I'd say this is probably the best charm for EDH. Graveyards are integral to a large number of EDH decks, token decks are huge as well, Hate on one of those is almost assured to get use in any given match. Just in case it doesn't, you have artifact destruction. Not the most exciting effect, but always useful.
