@Tsuichoi, it says "nonland", so it's not quite any permanent. Still, by the time you have this out, you probably have better choices for targets than lands, anyway.
Note also that your opponent will have a window of opportunity to use abilities, during your turn before you attack. So it's not a complete lockdown, though it will prevent sorcery-speed effects and combat tricks.

This card won me a 3 player game in great style. Because of I drew it early its high mana cost, I could wait until I had enough mana to equip it when I cast it, making it even more ominous. But I've struggled to use it in 2 player games without it being destroyed when it's cast.

As an added cost to Archon of the Triumvirate, play the Judge Dredd Short Theme whenever it enters the battlefield.

My problem with this card is that it looks so dark and evil – I was seriously expecting this to be a Dimir card or something! Such a creepy steed. If it had been a lammasu, well, that would've been hilarious looking.

I've got this guy and Archon of Redemption in my Bant deck. Definitely worthwhile and sooo satisfying when put to use haha
Truly a great card.

What? Why not a 4/6 or 5/5? It's not that powerful.
