If this card would have said:
Destroy target creature an opponent controls, it can't be regenerated. Each other creature that player controls gets -2/-2 until end of turn.
I would have said "now that sends out a message"

When I saw this card, Dethklok- Laser Cannon Death Sentence came on Pandora. It's a sign.

Even at instant speed this is too expensive for targetted creature kill, but I suppose it could stall a weenie strategy decently if it's played right.
Also, doesn't it do -0/-2 in Duels of the Planewalkers 2013? That would make this pretty badass.

To be honest, I'd expect any card with "Execution" in its name to be at least partly white, seeing as it's a state (or similar institution) that normally doles out executions.

You can't compare it to murder cause this is a defence card , maybe should have been in white but it is definitely a side card against winny , goblins , humans or whatever .
With this you rule the combat phase .

I love the idea behind this card, so much great flavor. It is too expensive but I can see situations where it might be worth it. Great art too, simple but to the point.
