Terminus, Brainstorm, and Squadron Hawk have sick 3-way synergy. Any two of them work great together.

In an unbanned modern world, this would be Cawblade's missing piece it never even needed. Jace w/ Squadron Hawk Jace w/ Miracles This w/ Squadron Hawk. I will stop talking now before the idea of that deck ever existing forces more bannings.

Whenever I hear people about how to make a creature almost untouchable, like with other cards that give it hexproof or indestructibility, my first thought of an answer to that is always Terminus.
In standard, this card doesn't care about Voice of Resurgence's elemental token, Lotleth Troll's regenerate, or Falkenrath Aristocrat's indestructibility.

Reminds me of Final Judgment, which is a more radical solution, but the Miracle cost probably makes this better.

Really quite stupid for {w} which is really what miracle is all about anyways. This is one of the few that is just as powerful for 6 as for 1. It's also a welcome sight in a block that contains Avacyn, angel of Hope,Geist of Saint Traft and the like.

Surprisingly hard to play in a creature strategy, but welcome in a correctly built control deck. To those who consider this a skilless card, here are some tips and questions about its use:
1.) Know when to hold 'em. Terminus costs 6 if you have to pay for it normally, but that is a good deal better than using it when you have board advantage or, at times, when you can use targeted removal in your hand. Just because you draw something on its miracle doesn't always mean that its the correct time to use it. Having access to that board wipe a few turns later could be the difference between a win and a loss.
2.) Stack the deck. Scry is obviously very potent with miracles. Theros' revival of the mechanic brings new tools to use. Scry is a mechanic that takes some skill, you need to know what you need to draw, and whether you should just drop the whole stack onto the bottom of your deck is always a difficult question. Well, with miracle you also need to consider when to set up miracles. You... (see all)
