I like Pelakka Wurm better. So I cheat that one into play with Unburial Rites enchanted with Dragon Scales. Works like a charm. A shambling, undead, murderous charm.

I'm actually gonna drop this in my green decks for Wolfir Silverheart now. As much as this guy can spell doom, Wolfir is more versatile, I'm afraid.

Birthing Pod into Gravetiller Wurm. Hello 6/5 Vigilance/Trample and 8/8 Trample for 2 mana.

A friend and I were once playing 2v2 vs. my little bro and another friend of ours. That friend, along with my bro's Hunger of the Howlpacks managed to make this something like a 25/25 Vigilance Trample. I'll never forgive him.

I love the Undying mechanic. And this card is the gem. A tad difficult, since mine is black green with 4 Woodland Cemetery, but it plus Geralf's Messenger equals balance. Throw in Young Wolf, Butcher Ghoul, and Gravecrawler...Black Sun's Zenith to reuse Undying and kill opponent's creatures...Birthing Pod for speed and fixes mana issues...it hurts, and hurts badly. And without this card, wouldn't work. Even in mono-green, or any well constructed dual color, it is a monster, and then some. 5/5

Very aggro-ey. In one-on-ones this must do very nicely.

@jordanlette: Not in decks that abuse the crap out of Thragtusk by flickering it over and over.
