Thinking about this in conjunction with Transcendence makes my brain hurt.

You only need two Skyshroud cutter's or Reverent Silence, the 5 life gain turns into 10 life lost
A deck like this can win turn one semi consistently. And by turn two or three most of the time

Personally my favourite combo is with Congregate, making Congregate double as an offensive spell: a great killer in a multiplayer game.

Transcendence says "whoops, you just broke the game."
(Actually, I suspect it says "you lose the game while False Cure's ability is on the stack once your life total gets above 20", but where's the fun in that? Go find a Platinum Angel, I guess).

If I could use this card to win the game, it would be fing HIL-AR-IOUS.

Wall of Shards. Wait until the lifegain would double their current, put the Cumulative Upkeep on the stack, False Cure, have fun.
