Give it Green or 1Green Regenerate and it would be almost contructed playable. This way it's just paper waste/limied filler.

For the flavor text and the art, Im giving it a 4/5. I really can't help but like the card.

I feel a 3/2 for 3 is average. I'd really just run these guys to have some good looking cards in my hand.

Looks are everything.
