This card is the mandatory wacky red enchantment in every expansion. And really, it seems like an interesting deck could be built around it and it looks like it could be great fun.
... until you open two of them in your sealed pool. And two Search the City.

@zodiac22k: This card puts at most one card from each of the two players' libraries onto the field. Read it again, one player can't get two creatures out of it.

Maybe a deck could be built around this card that contains a bunch of super powerful creatures. This card may have created an entirely new deck style.

I suggest playing this in a red green deck. Not only do you have access to a lot more cool fatties, you have also multiple ways to ramp into this enchantment. You could use this also with some library manipulation and Orcish Spy, fateseal, scry, etc.

It may not be good enough for constructed, but damn this is fun in casual. Play this with good friends.

When the Gruul Clan comes out in Gatecrash, my dream will be to use this to get out a Worldspine Wurm

Guild feud is a fun card for casual, certainly not even standard worthy at its prohibitively high cost. However guild feuding into Gruul Ragebeast is great fun.

What happens if I put Stuffy Doll into play with this? I feel like I should have the opportunity to select a player before the fight.

I feel like it would be fun to splash Red playing Dimir for this, extra mill "my Wight of Precinct Six fights your Thragtusk Edit: .. Consuming Aberration, good for self mill as you can either put 3 cards in your GY or 2 cards and play a creature.
