Er, um, hold the phone. Naturalize/Disenchant, plus one of the most powerful mechanics I've ever seen.
...
Yeah, okay, seems fair R&D.

Excellent card though remarkably balanced. Yes, you technically can get that second godsire token copy, but generally it'll be a bit smaller. If you're not into producing tokens, this card is fine if a little heavy on the mana requirements. Well designed card.

"You must target an artifact or enchantment to cast Sundering Growth. If that artifact or enchantment is an illegal target when Sundering Growth tries to resolve, it will be countered and none of its effects will happen. You won’t populate."
Well, that is rather harsh, I have to say, Gatherer. :P

I almost want to say "Strictly better than Naturalize", but I really can't, since this doesn't use colorless mana. It's still superior in most instances.

Even as far as hybrid cards go, this certainly has a unique look to it.
Seriously, stand back, and just look at the card. It's different.

Target your Armada Wurm with Oblivion Ring, and then kill the ring with Sundering Growth?
Yes, no?
