Here's a really sneaky rat-b*st*rd tactic:
Play Azor's Elocutors in a Zedruu, the Greathearted deck. Target an opponent you really want the other players to attack and give control of the Elocutors to them. Suddenly every other opponent really wants to take them out, else they'll win the game automatically thanks to the Elocutors. Be extra sneaky and include a few permanent retrieval effects so that in case the Elocutors' controller doesn't die fast enough or is about to die, you can still yoink your Elocutors back and reap the rewards. Some bounce effects are also good to protect the Elocutors from removal.
Political Puppets indeed.

...Azor's Elocutors might actually be the only completely noncombative, noncompetitive way to end a game of Magic, with your duel opponents just throwing up their hands and walking away.

Ok we all know this isnt a competitive card, but the flavour of it is amazing! I just like the idea of winning with this in a casual game by when i get to 5 FILIBUSTER counters (best counter ever btw) just standing up, shouting THIS IS OVER!!! and storming off. That's why i have already made a deck around it. It is also a new win con which is cool in itself. 3/5 for actual usefulness and 5/5 for flavour and hilarity, so 4/5 from me i think.

Oh and believe it or not this card gets to five counters more than you would think. If it was in the same block as proliferate this would be broken in limited.
