The difference between this and Innocent Blood is that this one is a creature, meaning it can be the target of various resurrection spells, namely Phyrexian Reclamation.
One of they key cards in my Grave Pact zombie deck.

Wait... So Fleshbag Marauder is a 3 cost that is usually just something that makes everyone sac a creature, and this guy is BAD?? Just sac himself, it's a 1 cost make everyone get rid of something. 4.5/5 for me. You're all high.

Has any one even played with this card ? I have him in a zombie resurrect deck and he is on of the best and cheap creatures in it. But I guess he wouldn't be good to allot of you unless he was at least free to play and a 4/4. Then you would probably be praising it. Have you not heard of cards like Grave Pact witch is great with this card. I guess not.

my best use out of it was dropping it after i got a few hits in with Blistergrub
Edit: it works pretty well when you need to get creatures into the graveyard, a la Bonehoard. Yes, i know there are better alternatives, but my selection is rather limited, so i've had to be creative.

They undying mechanic could work well with this.
Other then that a nice combination with endless whispers and Tokens, force your opponent to either sac his good creature and give it to you, or you get the centaur back.
