Hi guys i have a question on this one - a friend used rite of replication on her n it cause 36 points of life loss to everyone else - since each vela that leaves only causes one point of life loss, shouldn't it be 6x1 = 6 life loss instead of 6x6? Please enlighten me.

Your friend is correct. While only 6 of them die, each of the 6 have the ability, too. So each 6 triggers the ability on each 6. 6x6 = 36.

she doesn't sound half bad in Dimir control either but then again she seems more tailored for those decks that constantly bounce cards (FE: Ninjas and Zombie token)
