Excellent flavor and an extremely blue card. Oddly enough this is actually quite good against its own color, which has a lot of utility creatures. Quite an effective way of forcing enemy creatures into your deathtouchers or creatures with infect, or forcing an enemy into unfavorable suicide charges. Plus humiliating them by inducing their deaths with a lady in a dainty blue dress.

My absolute least favorite card ever, purely for flavor reasons. The first ability is unambiguously red, the second is unambiguously green. There's nothing blue about this card, and it's the worst kind of color pie violation: the kind that gives a (historically) strong color access to its enemy's weapons.
