I'm really hoping that this is going to be reprinted in M14. It's the fun counterspell, I prefer this so much to just denying/permission, and I like that it doesn't force you to target any particular type of spell (you can even cast it targeting a creature spell to activate Guttersnipe/Talrand/Nivix Cyclops/Fluxcharger etc.) since that gives it a nice place in my spellslinger Izzet deck.

dont get me wrong i love this card(it counters counterflux by the way) but it has a relatively high rating considering, no one uses it. it is either underestimated or overrated.
