it has some funny appearances in the unhinged set, but it's not really that useful.

It isn't useful or interesting, which for me makes it worthless. One is enough for me to use it, both makes it a top pick. When it's a vanilla card with an average price, there's no reason to use it.

What happened to the drixes'? When this came out, I expected a cycle to happen. We had black an blue, but never got green, red, or white. Even Time Spiral missed this opportunity. Sad.

Bunny and piranha, and yet it is vanilla, how sad.

1 point for art (both versions, though Dave's is marginally better)
1 point for flavor (the name and flavor text are spot on)
I keep one of these in my "trainer" deck that I have to show muggles the game. They always pause when they draw it. It's a good reminder that wotc can be humorous at times.

Anybody think that this would even be interesting at a common level, when you could grab three of them in a draft and try to ramp into them with green cards?
Obviously it's a total waste at a rare level.
