This is the lowest rated creature of all time? It's bad, but I feel like there are definitely worse.

Staggerly horrible - terrible size for the casting cost, and you get to pay more for a non-ability (don't most blue creatures FLY, anyway, so how is this thing going to block them?!)
A true tribute to the spirit of Homelands?!

NOTE - this isn't the worst card, it's the worst card that isn't hilariously bad to the point where people upvote it as a joke. So it's exactly bad enough to get poor ratings.

a 2/1 for 3... ok... conditional regeneration... ok... Needs to fight a blue creature to use the regeneration but doesn't have flying... ok...
Conclusion: 5/5

Envying all the other Homelands cards for their ratings is not a good place to be in.

Crap, Homelands can't do anything right.
This is a travesty to all trollkind.

Run with Indigo Faerie to make this card not as crap against anything but mono-blue. Still, blue has much better creatures than this sad fella', so I would only run it if I wanted to kill my opponent with one of the worst cards in Magic's history.
