The reason this is so terrible is that there are way cheaper and more efficient ways to do the same job better. Relic of Progenitus, for instance.

I really tried to find a way to play this, the johnny in me tried, he did. This can't do anything in 90% of games, I can't even justify it's use in a mill deck because if someone re-shuffles their graveyard, I'd like them to get only land, not the opposite. I guess it hoses like one or two incredibly specific decks.
