Up there with Confusion in the Ranks, as chaos griefer cards go.

Run Maneuvers in a Goblin tokens deck with Aggravated Assault, just to maximize the flippin' flippery.

Chance Encounter plus this and twenty attacking creatures = win... but then again, if you have twenty creatures on the field you're better off using Epic Struggle.
