When you compare this to Green's member of the cycle of 2/2 hounds for 2 it makes how bad this is even more egregious. Though the other colors didn't make out too well either...

Since he's an illusion these days, maybe he could see use in some sort of deck with Halcyon Glaze? Not that there aren't other (better) self-bouncing Illusions...
