Sisay apparently has three hands. And three rings. Each of which makes 2/3 of a mana.

I nominate this card for the most epic flavor in Magic. It made my scalp tingle with all the Vorthos-epicness.

I got this in one of my very first boosters and used it mostly because I loved the art. It's still some of the best artwork I've ever seen on a Magic card.

Should have made Sisay's ring legendary and gave it a special ability. Maybe give it good synergy with Captain Sisay, like having it add one white or one green mana to your mana pool and giving all legendary creatures you control +1/+1
Something like that.

Everflowing Chalice is pretty much strictly better too. It's more flexible and can be proliferated and paired with Coretapper and cards like it. I don't see a reason to run this type of card outside of EDH since there are so many better options.

Ur-Golem's Eye is arguably cooler, because let's be real wearing the eye from a golem you've slain is way cooler than some lame ring.

Better than ur-golem's eye because it references the legend of all legends.

I'm baffled by the low rating. Artifact/ colorless acceleration in any form is fantastic! Obviously this is not in the same league as sol ring, thran dynamo,black lotus, moxen, and monoliths, but the more the merrier for non-green Edh decks. AND it's cheap. I'd love more functional reprints, I'd run em all. If you are rating this below a 4 you are spoiled.

5/5 from me to balance out the haters.
