Nether creatures, Ichorids, tokens, creatures with unearth, gravecrawler...

Doesn't have to be card disadvantage for tempo unless you *really* want it to be :)

Also, if in a mega-aggro deck, consider it as an extra means to kill (or pump) Abyssal Persecutor. Instant means that you can use it to knock off something odd in a pinch as well, such as Pit-Dweller

4/5 for the (quite large) pump and possible utility. I may try my hand at using this in my legacy MB Aggro. Remember again, that this is not only a pump card, but a utility card, and you'll do fine.

Howl from Beyond is better for an infect deck. Or even Vampire's Bite or Virulent Strike.
