played a draft and no one seemed interested in these i passed it at first and it came back along the way so did 3 more i had some fun with these putting mad cap skills and other enchantments on them forcing opponents to block and lose creature after creature to prevent taking serious damage eventually killing all there blockers and winning me games decent card in limited

This seems to be everyone's best friend. Btw, in a Dimir deck, not only cipher, but trepanation blade, imagine a drill for your head coming from a slow moving tank.
