I imagine the war chant goes a little something like
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!

Limited superstar with Naya aggro. Lets me trigger the Battalion without having to worry about losing creatures.

My opponent was unimpressed at first. Then he realized that this wasn't an instant! Poor guy.
He still won the match, though.

Synergy with Alpha Authority. They're good separately, and together they make a creature completely unblockable.

In a naya deck, it'd be fun to throw this, Gleam of Battle and Collective Blessing and watch your opponents get stomped.

@Loren That has been a problem for me with this block, each guild has decent art and flavor, but within the guild the art across cards is quite interchangeable. Every Gruul card looks like it is happening during a forest fire and each Golgari card looks like a 90s grunge music video.
This card, once you do recognize it, is a Limited bomb. It does what pyreheart wolf and madcap skills did before it, grants an evasive ability that is somehow usually underrated. If you have five 2/2s, 15 damage is coming through and your opponent needs 10 creatures. The +1/+0 is subtle, but powerful. It shortens the clock significantly and allows you to trade up. Advantage is gained so marginally in this format that trading a 4/4 with your 3/3, two creatures for one with deathtouch and eliminating a single blocker the turn it comes down are huge. I have had success with Naya and Jund builds so far, I haven't lost when this has hit the table.

Until end of turn, cast baby madcap skills on all creatures you control.

Looked at it and said that could be really annoying. Then realized it wasn't an sorcery.
