Anyone rating this low, or calling it "removal" has totally misunderstood this card. Combo this with Elusive Krasis, Phantom Warrior or any other card that is unblockable on its own as a result of another mechanic. Oh you have a Fireshrieker? Better yet, cipher something onto it such as Hidden Strings.

You will win games.

Am I the only one who thinks R&D was thinking more in terms of Cocoon for this? Still, I doubt I'd consider using this without something like Cytoplast Manipulator around.

As is, far too expensive to ever be usable, but there were some interesting ideas floating around with this thing.

Why is this rated so low? It's creature lockdown in colors that just don't get that kind of thing. And it's flexible with it's alternate mode.

4/5. Might even deserve better.

Ok, I don't get this thing... how does it put counters on the creature it was hooked to unless that creature has an additional aura? The second mode returns it as part of the activation, meaning the creature is no longer enchanted and can't be a legal target for the counters...? Is there something I'm missing here or is this card just an epic fail outside of aura based decks like Bant GST? Someone please clarify, I'm confused...

Can you return it to your from the graveyard for the mana cost? It doesn't seem to specify that it has to be attached to a creature to be returned.
