If Tooth and Nail was able to dominate standard, I think this can too. Same cost, and just about as powerful in the right hands. Don't be surprised if this sees Standard play.

Personally, I hate this type of blatant "you win the game" cards forced upon Commander players. Since Wizards took over the format, they have proved that they can design really interesting EDH cards. Unfortunately, at least once each set, we get something like this. This reminds me of something a beginner would come up with if asked "design your ultimate multiplayer card". Intelligent cards, please - I can do without straightforward, stupid power.

Beautiful card in a game with three or more players. Well, beautiful in the sense that everyone else gets about one more turn before you crush them.

@MostlyLost
The thing about tooth and nail is that it finds and plays the creatures for you. That means, as long as you have tooth and nail, you essentially win the game if it resolves. With this card, you have to have the graveyards stocked up nicely to get the win.
The tooth and nail decks that dominated usually grabbed kiki-jiki and some ridiculous creature like sundering titan. Use kiki on the titan and get 3 triggers of his ability. Against a dual coloured deck, they basically have no lands left.
