Guess it's alright in limited, if you got enough non-flying creatures (in blue) and this doesn't take up a removal slot or something. In constructed though it's not playable.

Combos with Windreader Sphinx. At the very worst, give your opponent's creatures flying to discourage attacking.

You got to love how Sun-Tzu was venerated as this master tactician, when most of what he said was just common sense. "I couldn't imagine why having high-ground could be an advantage!"
I bet there's some side-history most of us don't know where he wrote The Art of War as a condescending statement to an emperor or general or something. "Oh, you want my advice about how to win battles? Okay... well, did you know fooling your opponent is a good idea? I didn't think you knew that..."

this card makes me so incredibly happy, you guys have no idea. i've been waiting since shadowmoor to abuse raking canopy without donate-ing my levitation. toss in a hunted troll, scattershot archer, and plummet, and youve got yourself a deck. i've got myself a deck even. not tourny worth, but incredibly inexpensive and fun. and *** faeries.

At last the cycle is complete. Portal had 4 cards with flavor text from the great Sun-Tzu, one of each color but missing blue. I think that's a crying shame because if I had to make Sun-tzu only one color it would be blue.
