Was doing some painful work for me in draft with Lighning Talons. A classic and well-rounded card that ought to stay around forever as a base to compare to.

Hello everyone

I'm new to magic and i started with a starter deck from my local hobby shop.
I played several games with my friends and most of the rules i understand.
but i got this Sengir Vampire in my deck and don't know how his ability works.
can someone explain it to me please?
