@Tiggurix: I can understand why WotC didn't give him a higher power, they want him used as a looter and not as an evasive damage source. That said, reducing his cost to two mana would have been a good move.

Works fairly well alongside sword of light and shadow or Squee, Goblin Nabob. Just attack, discard, draw, sword/squee trigger. It's a bit better then rummaging goblin imo because most red decks like to be attacking and red intimidate might as well be unblockable. Red decks typically don't really leave up blockers even when posed with the option.
I think this card is actually pretty good. Discard into draw isn't terrible really when you consider the fact that sometimes you draw cards that aren't useful at the moment or your hand may be just inadequate in general, not to mention the fact that the graveyard is highly abusable.

If you ever see off-putting orange and blue tones on a card's art, that's because someone somewhere decided orange is the most dynamic color and blue is its countertone.
It's an awful palette, but it makes boring things more exciting.
