Okay, I'm going to rant a bit cuz I need to get it out of my system here. I apologize.

I got into slivers during timespiral and they were very fun. Made me invest in alot of the old slivers just to make my own deck (i still have it to this day). The reason why I went out of my way was because slivers were slivers. They were their own thing. Nothing in magic was made like a sliver. You could play it and buff your opponents slivers. One sliver dropped and the hive mind started working. That had flavor. It was different. It was a risk. Dangerous and fun. Now with these new slivers they have changed what is a sliver... They have nudered the flavor and the only race (besides shapeshifters) that no matter who was playing, would all benifit. When I see these slivers all i can say is that they feel like any other race now. jus like elves and theyre bonuses to ur side of field... jus like any racial buffing. It's not different anymore. they killed the sliver.

This is actually strictly better than Muscle Sliver because it only buffs your slivers, whereas Muscle buffs ALL slivers.

But who isn't going to run 4 of each in a sliver deck?

As for the new sliver artstyles - I don't mind it so much, I just see it as a product of their hyper-evolution.
Would be awesome to see slivers in later sets that have obtained intelligence or something.

Basically Muscle Sliver. Saves Bonescythe Sliver from Shock, though, which is a bonus.
