They could have at least made this semi playable at instant speed.... This should not be an uncommon... Divination at common is better than this.
Why did they print this? This should have been a reprint of Telling Time at uncommon.. a very playable card that could use a reprint in a core set.
The artwork is good. The flavour text fits but this card will never see constructed play and it's mind boggling why this is an uncommon.

Sweet, it's almost a Foribidden Alchemy, but this one can't be countered by Dispel. With Quicken back, the sorcery speed is bearable.
