I like it. Green removal is always at a premium, and while this is closer to 'target player sacrifices a creature' than 'destroy target creature', it still disincentivizes merely blocking with a 1/1 because of the massive damage you'll take because of it. While I guess the reminder text is nice to have on at least a couple cards, I would have liked a slightly wacky flavor text to go with the slightly wacky art.

I like this effect a whole lot better than Overrun. One sided boardwipe with potential for trample damage in green? Yes please.

I would like to point out that this is not "great creature removal" as you only must block with one creature in order to fulfill the requirement, and with all of the life-gain that is going on, sacrificing a 1/1 to prevent one damage doesn't really hurt you that bad.

Well obviously, put it on something with double strike like Fencing Ace or Savageborn Hydra. Also good on creatures with lifelink or hexproof.
