For blue this body isn't that bad, but you want you your hexproof creatures down early so that you'll still have enchantments or besto creatures in hand to capitalize on the hexproofness.

This card is good for limited, I would guess, but lacking Monstrous is a bit weird.
The flavour text makes me sad.

The flavor of this card says it should have intimidate or islandwalk.
@ ravenclaw That's not how hexproof is justified flavorwise though. It means a creature is extremely evasive to spells casted towards it (Invisible Stalker, Slippery Bogle) or has some inherent resistance or protection against them (Thrun, Geist of Saint Traft). Big, scary creatures have intimidate or trample.

I think the flavour works for a blue sea giant with the fate aspect. Primal Huntbeast doesn't get hexproof for sneakiness, neither do trolls. Although powerful the hexproof mechanic helped re-balance the game in terms of more use of enchantments and artifacts. It also gave board wipers more prominence. Shroud lacked synergy and was just reinforced aggro+removal strategies.

So this guy just tore up two limited Theros drafts that I finished. The Aura's to abuse him are endless. Even aqueous form makes him terrifying. A beast.
As for the flavour, he probable has some god-graced 'magic proof' hide. I think he's utterly cool.
