If you wanna f*ck with your opponent, put it on his creatures, so that they go out of their way to keep their most useless creature alive. It reminds me of Ice Cage - it doesn't look very powerful, but it's one of the few cards that can force your opponent to play spells and use tactics that they don't want to. Not powerful, but amusing when used by an intelligent player on a less intelligent player.

Divination that helps with Heroic, Devotion, and an Enchantment. Use with a good Sacrifice effect for immediate card advantage.

Even without heroic, this would be an autoinclude in any Limited blue deck simply because, while it isn't flashy or powerful, it does a fine job of being that 10th-last pick. It's a cantrip, it's a sacrificial lamb, and it's a removal deterrent. All for the low, low price of two mana.

This, for 2 mana, replaces itself, and replaces the creature it's enchanting. Marvelous.

No one seems to be able to read this card.
"When enchanted creature dies, its controller draws a card."
Putting this on a creature an opponent controls just makes them draw a card when you kill it. You don't put this on a useless creature of theirs, that's stupid. You put it on an crazy USEFUL creature of theirs so they'll think twice about trying to save it.

I find this combos nicely with mindreaver of all things.
Trigger heroic - opponent mills 3
Draw a card, then another when it dies, or on the off chance you sac it to counter their spell.
