Odd that they would mention Rabiah on a Mirage card. Pretty awesome flavour, though.

Not quite Shapeshifters, we're more talking about Changelings here. And about Djinns and Efreets, of course.

As two-drop this card still has great combo-potential nonetheless, e.g. with cards mentioned by herbomatic. I thougth about Artificial Evolution at first, which would result in a permanent WhiteBlueRed-Extinction against tribal decks in general.

I'm pretty sure that for Shields of Veils Vel to work, you would have to play it before Suleiman's Legacy...

Since the creatures wouldn't be entering play, because they are already in play... but you could still do a lopsided wrath for WhiteWhiteRed on your own turn...

Turns Shields of Velis Vel into a lopsided, one-mana, instant Wrath of God. For extra punishment, throw in a Natural Affinity.
