Friends with Kresh the Bloodbraided. While both can go infinite, Posh has flying, is a dragon (for tribal purposes), and is itself a sac outlet. Plus it doesn't keep its high power all the time In case some one gains control of it.

I would say Karrthus is rather risky with the new legends rule. Imagine, you build up a massive army of terrible dragons. Your opponents are cowering before your might, and then some blue mage drops a Clone or some variant. In the end it all comes down to personal taste really, but every blue player I see has a clone variant. Heck I have an entire edh deck focused on clones.

Karthuss will benefit more as your lieutenant in this situation. Prossh has the added benefit of getting better by being recast from the command zone. Otherwise, run both!
