Only {G} would think to cleverly disguise a kill spell as a hydra...

Is it just me, or was it really lazy for them to just reprint the artwork from the Fight the Hydra thingy?

I want to declare to my tribute payer that it's their turn to FACE THE HYDRAAA!! But the promo art makes it so much less satisfying.

Fun fun fun. Every time I dropped this I told my opponent "Either I get a 12/12 or it's going to eat something you like. Your choice."

Tribute is an extremely flawed mechanic. If an opponent has a creature with 6 or more power this guy dies instantly. If they have a kill spell it dies instantly. If they have a bunch of creatures it can just be chump blocked. If they have no creatures its a 6/6 for 6 (Hell, its even worse if you have a creature and your opponent doesn't have any). It's terrible in anything other than very large multiplayer games.

lolno. It only dies if the opponent ONLY has creatures with 6 and more power. You choose the target for the fighting, not the opponent.

When Nessian Wilds Ravager enters the battlefield, if tribute wasn't paid, you may have Nessian Wilds Ravager fight another target creature.
Please note the bold part. Even if they have stuff that can kill it, you choose if or what it fights.
