I don't think the +7/+7 occurs for each attacker Jareth blocks. I think that if he blocks at all (regardless of the number of attackers blocked), he gets a single +7/+7.
Let me know if I'm wrong.

As it's worded, "Whenever Jareth, Leonine Titan blocks", it only triggers one time. When he is declared to be blocking something.
If his ability (or it's Oracle text) said, "Whenever Jareth, Leonine Titan blocks a creature", then it would trigger once for each creature he blocks.

I guess Jareth must be full of Righteousness.
I just imagine this guy blocking something, with the Raksha Golden Cub equipped buff, and a Righteousness on top.
40 total damage. Add a Valor Made Real into the mix as well.

For a long time I thought he was poorly drawn, but then I realized that the part of him that's in sunlight is supposed to look tougher than the part that isn't, to illustrate his second ability. No, wait -- maybe he's just poorly drawn.
