The flavor text was intentional insult to injury for everyone who was upset about Legions' all-creature theme.

This does not combo with Gaddock Teeg. The converted mana cost of the spell is what is printed on the card itself. Making 3-mana spell cost 1 more does not fall under Gaddock Teeg's static ability.

Glowrider ***es me off. All of his songs are about partying, and he has zero personality. His use of Dead or Alive's "You Spin Me Round" for his atrocious song "Right Round" with Ke$ha makes me so angry...
...oh GLOWrider. Slows non-creature decks down, and released in a set where there were, well, a ton of creatures. With the proper support this could make leaving mana open for removal a much more annoying proposition, particularly since once it has hit the table, suddenly that Terror immediately costs .

Needs a reprint. I'd like to play both him and Thalia in Modern and watch so many decks squirm.

I think I prefer this to Thalia mostly because you can stack these. Lots of fun with mox diamond and weathered wayfarer/tithe/land tax for card advantage and pressuring your opponants to play lands forcing tax triggers! Definitely better than it looks! 3.5/5

Don't consider Thalia, Guardian of Thraben OR this, run both in a tribal deck.
White Human Cleric Soldiers: Combat Medic, Goldnight Commander, Grassland Crusader, Noble Templar. The latter 2 are lacking in power/too costly, but they exist.
