It seams everyone's combo with this card relies on discarding your hand to allow your creatures to attack. I love this card for Mill and Discard decks. And for either type of deck, you can search your deck for it with either Fabricate or Demonic Tutor. It has saved my butt countless times.

A great EDH general who can abuse this is Malfegor, oddly enough.
One thing you're going to have to understand is that you'll almost never have a full hand with Malfegor, considering his effect. The one problem discarding your whole hand provides is you now have fewer ways to solve problems: any of them are in your grave now. But if you have this out, you're now invulnerable to being attacked.
All in all, it's a great artifact that can halt a games speed drastically, kind of like Propaganda and/or Ghostly Prison. Just remember that it affects all players, including yourself.

Awesome card for protection, especially against fatties of all kinds. It fits perfectly in any weeny deck, where most creatures rather rely on comboing with each other, than on mere power.
I run this in a faerie tribal deck and it´s perfect to win some time to be able to build up your win condition. Creatures like Sprite Noble, for example, or anything else which lets you pump your creatures during your attack, also fit perfectly to this card, since it makes you be more flexible to still be able to attack yourself, while the bridge is in play. Oona's Prowler also fits perfectly to this, since it gives you more control over your hand size. Or also the Quietus Spike is very nice to use with it.
I just wished that they would reprint this card, because the art isn't really what I would could beautiful...
