Just look at the art, and then look at the card. This screams rare that the top of its lungs. Playability its on the edge of broken, and as far as the color wheel is concerned, this thing is better then red at giving creatures haste in colorless.

What the heck where the developers thinking back then?

Snakes love curling up in the toes of these stylish boots. Don't let lack of legs/feet prevent you from wearing whatever you want. (Kamigawa "snakes" aren't snakes.) Fantastic card, despite the standard equipment logic issues. 5/5
