I like Accorder's Shield better, but this is still great and is best for boosting toughness.

You realize that'd just make him a 7/7 when he attacked, right? His P/T would switch, but the armor's effect would be continuously applied to his Toughness. He's not swinging for his toughness like Doran makes creatures do.
