I believe Echoing Truth to be better. You can really screw up someones plan, especially when they have out a bunch of tokens. All back to hand(or should i say aether) Wam bam thankyou mam.

Better than Echoing Decay because while echoing decay requires your opponent to play multiples of the same creatures, echoing courage depends on what's in your deck so you always know you'll hit multiple creatures with it.

Saprolings are the obvious choice, but this really works with any sort of creature token. It also works great with self-replicating creatures, such as Mirror-Sigil Sergeant.

This is not as good as Echoing Truth, but it is better than all the rest generally and is still quite a useful card, particularly in token decks obviously.

No, the tokens (named "Golem") would get +4/+4, while the original (named "Precursor Golem") would get only +2/+2.
Of course, you could always Cackling Counterpart one of them first, making four extra "Golem" tokens and one extra "Precursor Golem." Then, if you cast it on a "Precursor Golem," the following happens:
Copied twice for each other Golem, making a total of twelve Echoing Courages on permanents named "Golem" and three on permanents named "Precursor Golem" (twice on each of the six "Golem" tokens, and twice on the other "Precursor Golem," plus the original).
So, the six "Golem" tokens each get +24/+24, while the two Precursor Golems each get +6/+6. Follow up with Reckless Charge so that the Cackling Counterparts can attack immediately, for a total o... (see all)
